Vic Mensa wears his heart on his sleeve on his new single, “Strawberry Louis Vuitton”.
Over the jazzy sounds and vocals by Thundercat and Maeta, the Chicago rapper woos his lady of interest with his charming flow.
“Let’s watch live jazz, cognac neat / You on my backseat, so I know you digging me, Blackstreet,” he raps. “East Atlanta girl, I need a lick of that Georgia peach, uh.”
The track, which is arrives with a video that finds Vic skydiving with his guitar, is Vic Mensa’s first release since last year’s “Wraith” with Chance The Rapper.
