NBA YoungBoy was taken into custody in Utah for violating his probation. He was arrested on drugs, weapons, and other charges., reports WAFB News.
The Cache County Sherriff’s Office reports that multiple agencies, including Homeland Security and the FBI, executed a search warrant on NBA YoungBoy’s Utah residence as part of an ongoing investigation into criminal conduct.
The 24-year-old chart-topping rapper was arrested on six charges, including possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person and for a pattern of unlawful activity, which are both Class 2 felony charges.
NBA YoungBoy, born Kentrell Gaulden was living in his compound in Utah while awaiting trail in a felony weapons case in Baton Rouge. It stems from his 2020 arrested when he and 14 others were shooting a music video at an abandoned lot. He is set to be tried in that case beginning July 15.
