Facemob!
Legendary rapper Scarface packed the NPR studios for his epic performance on the media network’s Tiny Desk Concert series.
Backed by a 10-person band including Mike Dean on the keyboards, the Houston icon passionately gave a live rendition of a couple of his most notable classics from “On My Block” and “Mary Jane” to “Smile”, “I Seen A Man Die”, “Fuck Faces”, and “Mind Playing Tricks On Me”. The Geto Boys frontman even pulled out his guitar throughout highly-praised performance.
Before concluding his 30 minute set, Facemob brought up his son to the stage. ”My son Bryce is an exceptional musician,” he says. “Four thousand times better than I’ll ever be. My son is a fucking beast. I know everyone says that about their son. but I’m not even lying.”
