Anchored by soul-sampling loop by Mayor, Ty Jamz & Bernard B Westwood, the Upstate King and Brick City legend share an introspective look on the street life and the legacy they’ll leave before their final breaths.
“They say, “Ran’, you look young,” they seein’ my face aglow that resembles the greats before Nas, Big’, Face, and Hov / I got a ways to go, but don’t you try to give me them flowers that took a day to grow,” raps Ransom from inside a room with bricks and money, before he is joined by his collaborator. “Y’all mix money and power with bitch tendencies / It take more than money and power to get rid of me,” raps 38.
