After over 10 years, Killer Mike releases his first solo record, “Run” featuring Young Thug.
Produced by No I.D., Mike Bigga is off to the races towards freedom referencing perseverance during the current social climate. The powerful video, directed by Adrian Villagomez, begins with an intro by Dave Chappelle and finds Mike and his fellow troops hitting the battlefield.
“Run” marks Killer Mike’s first solo record since his 2012 album, R.A.P. Music. In the past decade, the Atlanta rapper has released countless collaborations, most notably under the rap duo Run The Jewels with El-P.
