Shout it out.
Lyrical Lemonade commissions Lil Yachty, Joey Bada$$ and singer Gus Dapperton for the multi-media company’s new single, “Fallout”.
Directed by Lyrical Lemonade’s Cole Bennett, the video centers the trio opening up on a relationship. and reuniting with their love. From lying in a pool of blood to dancing in the rain, Gus takes the spotlight on the hook and opening verse. “Back in my arms once again / I’m praying and hoping for touchdown / You said that you needed a friend,” he sings.
Elsewhere, Yachty vents in a bedroom during the stormy night adding, “I’d put it all on the line just to show you / Money I blow through, places I go to”, while Badmon dappers up on his final verse.
“I’m fucked up if I don’t get to feel your kisses and hugs / I might die if I don’t get to touch you
It’s like I can’t get you close enough / Don’t close me out, baby, open up / I wanna give you the world before they blow it up.”
“Fallout” is the latest release from Lyrical Lemonade’s upcoming album, All Is Yellow, due January 26. The track follows the previously released “Stop Giving Me Advice” featuring Jack Harlow and Dave.
