Good Mourning.
Ahead of his new album, Austin, Post Malone releases the accompanying music video for his previously released “Mourning” single.
In the introspective clip, a vulnerable Postey is in an agriculture region where he vents on the struggles of sobriety.
“Don’t wanna sober up / Try to keep it inside, but I just wanna pour it,” he wails on the hook while downing a bottle of liquor and moving a big block depicted as an ice cube. “Thought I was strong enough / Got a lot of shit to say, couldn’t fit in the chorus.”
Austin is Post Malone’s upcoming self-titled and fifth album dropping Friday (Jul. 28). It also features “Chemicals” and the most recent single, “Overdrive“.
