Skyzoo and production team The Other Guys are set to release their collaborative album, The Mind Of A Saint on Friday (Jan. 13), and release the “Straight Drop” for their new video.
Directed by Slim Gus, the visual depicts vintage footage of a drug infested L.A. while the Brooklyn lyricist narrates tales from the crack game. The project is inspired by character Franklin Saint from the American crime drama television series, Snowfall.
“So picture me comparing the look on a junkie face,” he raps. “To the look on my momma face when her money late.”
