Victoria Monet is back with her latest single, “On My Mama”, which has since released its video.
Produced by Chalie Boy, the dance-filled visual finds Monet showcasing her fancy footwork while serenading a potential lover.
“And they said she get it from her mama,” she sings. “Mama said be focused like / Body be like smoke a light / Dummy in the prototype / Tell me, is you down?”
“On My Mama” is off Monet’s forthcoming album, Jaguar II which has already spawned the singles “Smoke” with Lucky Daye and the Buju Banton-assisted “Party Girls“. The album arrives August 25.
