Yung Bleu pays tribute to the late DMX in his new video, “What Type Of Games”.
Drawing inspiration from DMX’s 1998 hit “How’s It Goin’ Down“, which the song also interpolates, the James Bahman-directed clip centers Bleu going through the highs and lows of a relationship with his woman and the mother of his child.
“We can reconvene at your convenience,” raps the Mobile, Alabama rapper. “Go back to my apartment, I go hard, I won’t be lenient / Like she went to Harvard, she gon’ give me brain like she a genius.”
The Murda Beatz and Elyas-produced track is off Yung Bleu’s new album, Tantra featuring Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Kelly Rowland, French Montana, Ty Dolla $ign, Fivio Foreign, Lucky Daye, Ne-Yo, and ZAYN.
